Smash burger?

With so much hype surrounding brioche buns, secret sauces and gourmet beef blends it’s easy to sometimes overlook the importance of the burger itself. Simplicity is so often best and that’s why we feel there is one burger that smashes all others out of competition.

What is the difference between a smash burger and a regular burger?

While a basic grilled burger is great (especially ours), the benefit of a smashed burger is that since you’re literally smashing the burger down, you end up with a greater surface area and more opportunity for a Maillard reaction, which means more flavour.
